Really easy company to deal with

I had to make a few claims for my dog as he was poorly and getting old. The insurance emporium staff were lovely every time I rang to make a new claim. Forms were sent to my email address and I could print them out at my convenience. On the claim form, it had the option for them to deal directly with the vet I was with or myself which I thought was great. My claims were processed promptly and money paid to me soon after. My policy didn’t go up by much each year and that’s really good. They were cheaper than other companies out there and I had the confidence that they would deal with my claims if I ever needed to. Able to insure a very old dog.

Sympathy

When my cat was diagnosed with lung cancer, I received the most sympathetic and helpful advice from the insurance emporium. Swift pay out and a lovely condolence letter made Percy's passing a tiny bit easier. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Why pay more for the same.

I think keeping the cost down means more can be spent on an animal when it is healthy. You still have all the benefits should they be needed. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Super efficient and always heloful

Owner of an elderly cat with multiple health conditions requiring lifelong medication. Insurance Emporium deals with several claims per year and is super fast at assessing and paying every claim whilst keeping me fully updated along the way. When I have needed to speak to them they have been easy to contact and informative and professional. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Always there for us

Emporium has been absolutely fantastic for us. As our doggy is gaining years she has had a few issues. Emporium have supported us by paying out promptly and if ever I have an issue there is always a fantastic person to talk to on the end of the phone. Thank you for keeping our beautiful dog safe.
