Outstanding Customer Service

Since January I’ve had a lot of contact with The Insurance Emporium as they insure my horse and we've had a bit of a year in terms of claims. All of my contact with them has been outstanding. They have paid my claims timely. Chased my vet for information and advised me when the vets were causing the roadblock. Cannot fault them. Very professional high standards of customer care.
