Bombarded for reviews of their service!.

Customer Service With A Human Touch.

Called to amend policy details having made an error in my declaration. Operator was a delightful lady who assuaged my concerns and was extremely empathetic when I advised of my dog's previous travails. This level of human kindness towards strangers is unfortunately rare in this day and age. Very impressed with customer service. Reviewed on: 9th August 2024

Real people to speak to...

You can speak to a real person on the phone if you have questions or claims. No automated answer machines. No Indian call centre. My claims have always been repaid promptly and fully explained to alleviate stress and worry. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

Straight forward pet insurance

Easy to insure my pet with the level of service required - very straightforward website and good customer service with any queries raised. I've never had to claim so cannot comment on this service yet but so far very happy with the service offered. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024
