You can speak to a real person on the phone if you have questions or claims. No automated answer machines. No Indian call centre. My claims have always been repaid promptly and fully explained to alleviate stress and worry. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

Straight forward pet insurance

Fast, efficient and reassuring service.

My dachshund developed a lump and the insurance emporium covered the removal. We encountered swift cover and payment.
