Iv had emporium for the last 4 years and had to claim a handful of time and every time has been so simple, never had a problem, they have made it so quick and easy to do and the customer service is 10/10 Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024

Customer service unbeatable

The process was easy and when my dog had to have emergency surgery thier customer service was unmatched rhey even spoke with the vets directly for us to sort the insurance as we were not in mental state to figure it all out they have been fantastic Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024
