No-nonsense

The Insurance Emporium are reasonably priced compared to many other pet insurance providers. They are also very fair and don't try to wriggle out of their obligations to help when problems with my dog's health come about. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

Quick and efficient.

Pain free procedure!

Had to make a big claim for my little dog who unfortunately was struck with pancreatitus. He was very, very ill and had a 3 night stay at the vets. My claim went through without hesitation or question and relieved much worry. I am absolutely so glad I chose this company. Walter is doing well now. Thank you Insurance Emporium. Very Impressed

Our 6 year old dog recently had a big expensive operation on her front legs , after being recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and Elbow Dysplasia. We were very impressed with how Insurance Emporium paid towards the cost without further question or interrogation. We were also extremely surprised at how our annual life time policy premium reduced following the operation, so much so that I did actually phone to double check. Best Pet Insurance Ever!

These guys are the best Pet insurers ever! Reasonable premiums and the cover is exceptional! Our little Jack Russell pup would not be alive now if it was not for the quick action of these guys in approving work! We cannot recommend Insurance Emporium enough! Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

Protector of the fur babies

Competitive and easy to use

I’ve been with Insurance emporium for the last 5 years and will not go anywhere else as they are a great insurance company to be with. I have had to make a claim in the last 5 years and the vets did the paperwork for me and there was no hesitation with the money being paid out.
