Extremely happy with customer service

Easy to get along with

I’m in my second year now with Insurance Emporium and I am pleased to say that my premium did not increase in the second year, even though I had a pet claim. The process was easy enough and you can get hold of a person by phone for advice. It doesn’t have to be all done via internet. I hope they win! Reviewed on: 6th August 2023

Amazing Pet Insurance Provider

I cannot recommend this insurance company enough. We have a lifetime policy for our dog Dexter who is now 5yrs old. He has had numerous illnesses including two life-long conditions and the Insurance Emporium has settle the claims every time hassle free! The staff in the call centres are exceptional. They are prompt at answering your call, speak with empathy for your situation (which can be very distressed when dealing with a very sick animal) and are swift at taking action to ensure you or your vets are paid quickly. In addition to this, they are never greedy with your renewal quote. Surprisingly, despite numerous claims each year, our monthly fee has only changed by a few pounds since we started out with them. reliable pet insurance

The Insurance Emporium have been great for our old poorly dog. She has not needed hardly any insurance claims during her lifetime but the last 18months she has needed quite a lot. We have had a couple of instances where something wasn't covered - special vet prescribed food for instance - but in the main all has been covered and paid out consistently. Best pet insurance

Ive been very happy with my pet insurance i have 3 dogs insured with Emporium, the staff are helpful and friendly and claims settled quickly, its a no fuss service when you need it the most without the worry, thankyou Emporium Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Prompt and sympathetic response.

My cat Smokey was hit by a car and his back leg was broken. I had the confidence to go ahead with his trearment knowing from experience that the Insurance Emporium would settle the bills promptly. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Multi pet insurance

Have pet insurance for three of our pets and had absolutely no problems with claims. My only gripe is that the compensation for out of hours consultations is low, but the monthly reset for claims is great when you have ongoing issues. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023
