They do not care

Excellent communication

When we needed an emergency operation for our beloved French Bulldog, the communications from The Insurance Emporium could not have been any better. This enabled the worry of the financial burden to be diminished and allowed us to focus on restoring full mobility without pain for our Izzy. Well done The Insurance Emporium! Easy & Effective

Emporium is easy to use and purchase. We recently had to make aclaim for our pet, the forms were easy to complete, and once submitted we received confirmation email. There were a few questions in relation to the pet history, they were answered and the claim was reviewed and confirmation of outcome was quick and payment processed quickly.
