The best cover I have found for my dogs

I have been with The Pet Insurance Emporium for many years. It isn’t the cheapest but the cover is second to none. With this policy, I have never been in the agonising position of having to weigh up cost against my dogs’ needs for treatment. Claims are dealt with very promptly and telephone lines are operated by real people and my calls have always been answered quickly. Beware when buying cat insurance.

Beware when buying cat insurance. The policy does not cover basic things like all other policies I have bought before. For example my cat suddenly became very ill and was put to sleep. The policy did not cover euthanasia nor even the whole cost of a consultation. I paid for a full years cover and only used 4 months, they refused to give me a pro rata refund. Terrible compared to other policies I have had before. I won't use them again and have already told others to avoid. ... Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
