best price for senior pets

i had shopped around and the insurance emporium were the best for price and level of cover for senior pets.i was also very pleased with their customer service when asking for a small discount upon renewal,it was applied without hesitation.one small thing i think could do with changing is the ease of informing them when a pet has passed away.i found nowhere on the website to do this and had to find their email address instead.they were however very helpful when i did this though and extremely compassionate. Great Pet Insurance

Amazing service

Great Service

Took out pet insurance with The Insurance Emprorium when we rehomed a fairly old cat to cover unforeseen vet bills. Sadly about a year after we we got him he become ill and his health deteriorated fairly quickly. He was eventually diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer after numerous vet visits, blood tests and a very expensive animal hospital visit. When I claimed for these unplanned expenses I was paid out promptly by this insurance company with little fuss. I was so pleased with their service that I didn’t hesitate to use them again when we got our next rescued cat. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Excelent insurance, excelent price

Outstanding

I have been with The Insurance Emporium for 3 years now. In the first year, we had a very shocking and unexpected issue with our dog. It was a scary time, as he went blind, and The Insurance Emporium took care of everything. They were great, the last thing we wanted to worry about were the mounting £4,000+ vet bills and we were quickly reassured we wouldn’t have to. Staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. Efficient and helpful service

I have had to use my pet insurance twice in two years. Both times they were exceptionally efficient and helpful. My Cat died during Covid when everything was difficult but they smoothed the way easily. More recently another cat spent a few days in hospital and the whole thing was dealt with easily.
