Efficient and helpful service

I have had to use my pet insurance twice in two years. Both times they were exceptionally efficient and helpful. My Cat died during Covid when everything was difficult but they smoothed the way easily. More recently another cat spent a few days in hospital and the whole thing was dealt with easily. No hassle approach

You don’t know how good an insurance company is until you make a claim. My Dog (my world) had a 6 hour visit to the vet totalling over £800, the Insurance Emporium were excellent and reimbursed me quickly with no hassle. It really lifted the pressure off me. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
