Great Service & products

I have had pet insurance for both of my dogs. It’s one of things you pay for but would rather not ever have to use. Sadly one of our dogs became very poorly and we had to make a claim. The policy was worth every penny, we had no issues making claims or receiving the payouts. The staff are always friendly & very helpful. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Great cover

We have been with the Insurance Emporium for our cat insurance for a few years now. They have always been the cheapest on the market and when we needed to claim when our cat needed a very serious operation after being maulled by a fox the process was so straight forward. Excellent, fast service

Sadly I have had to claim 3 times in the past 3 years and the service has been excellent each time. Renewal is easy and the cost is better than some. For me it’s how good the service is and so far, I can’t fault them. The staff are personable and well trained - it makes such a difference Reviewed on: 24th September 2022
