Inclusive

I have had my pets for many years, they are now aged & need good cover. The Insurance Emporium seem to be one of the rare insurance companies that take that into account, without too high a premium. Although quite a rigmarole to get through on the phone lines-friendly customer service when you do. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Excellent value and customer service.

Very reasonable price compared to other pet insurer's and they cover for extra's too that is included in the policy. I have not made a claim, but I did speak to customer service about a veterinary's advice and they were so helpful and so nice to speak too. I have recommended The Insurance Emporium on pet websites a number of times as I don't like the way some insurers policy premiums are crazy high prices! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Alway remind us in plenty of time for renewal, prices are not silly prices

I have both pets insured, however one has had minor concerns and exploratory procedures carried on by the vet. Emporium have paid no question, prices have gone up due to this, but not at stupid rates. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
