I took out Lifetime cover for my Springer Spaniel 7 years ago and have total confidence he is well covered. If I have any questions they are dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner and claims are quickly handled. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Swift pay out, good customer service

We've insured our dogs with The Insurance Emporium for a couple of years now and I had a reason to claim to make our first claim to remove a couple of lumps removed from one of our dogs. Fantastic company so helpful

I have been with this company for five years now and they have be so helpful. Always willing to help, always polite, explain everything in simple understandable terms so there is no confusion.
