Easiest company to deal with

After my dog being diagnosed with cancer The Insurance Emporium took away any stress, after only one call they dealt directly with my vet and paid out quickly after each treatment. Made all the difference when I had no worry. I was so surprised as it wasn't an expensive cover I had. Couldn't recommend them high enough. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Affordable, Friendly and Reliable

Excellent peace of mind service

My elderly Jack Russell was hospitalised twice earlier this year and endured several visits to our vets! The bills were large and not easy to find just like that! I contacted Insurance Emporium and the repayments were quickly and efficiently agreed and repaid! The following premium was up but I was pleasantly surprised by the fairness of it! Always helpful

Friendly and compassionate

Horse insurance

We’ve had this insurance company for a number of years and would say that they keep us well informed of all of their products we’ve never had a problem with them and are very well informed of our horse’s and the customer service is phenomenal I would highly recommend and will be renewing my policies with them as and when they expire Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
