Pet with ongoing condition

I have been with Emporium for nearly 5 years now. Our Border Collie Max has epilepsy and needs regular medication and blood tests. We put a claim in the have costs covered every 4 to 6 months. The process is easy and painless. No questions regarding his treatment necessary and payment is made very quickly straight into my bank account. I also receive an email when the claim is received and a follow up to say when the claim is processed and when to expect payment. I am very happy with the service we have received so far and the payments monthly are very reasonable compared to other insurers. Would highly recommend Emporium. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Premium insurance for a budget price

I have both my house cats insured with the insurance emporium. It gives me great peace of mind to know they are covered during these worrying times. I've have had to place a claim when one of my boys had to see an emergency out of hours vet for a blocked bladder. The insurance emporium talked me through each step of making a claim and then dealt with my claim quickly and kept me updated throughout. Fantastic service and fantastic cover ! You only know how good insurance is when you need to make a claim. Sadly we needed to make a substantial claim when our Dachshund swallowed a peach stone. Fortunately The Insurance Emporium put our minds at rest and settlement was made without question. It couldn’t have been easier.
