Surprise Insurance Emporium Loyalty Discount

Been with The Insurance Emporium now for 5 years. On my 4th Year my premiums actually went down as the company gave me a loyalty discount which was very much appreciated. That is why when I got another dog I didn't look on any other sites for a quote and therefore took a second policy out. Any time I have spoken to a member of the Team they have been knowledgeable, polite and courteous on the phone. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

2 happy fur babies

I've had my elderly cat ( Haslam) insured with this company for 4 years. They were very helpful when it came to me having to claim when Haz developed Kidney disease. Although I can no longer claim for this illness as i have reached my limit, I will continue to use them as it's a company I trust.
