Great pet insurance

Hi everyone. We got our cockapoo insured at the age of 7. With this company. The last company was taking the Micky with the price. This company pricing is great. Our dog had to go to emergency vet not long after taking out our policy. No problems at all with making a claim. Highly recommend this company. For your hairy baby. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Great Company For Horse Insurance

Very reasonably priced and have dealt with my horses many claims throughout the last year professionally and with speed. Vets were paid directly within days of receiving the claim form from my vets. Brilliant service! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Research is the Key.

Since I started insuring my cats with Pet Emporium, I can say with complete confidence the service, including a timely-settled claim, has been excellent. I'd have no qualms about renewing but for one vital and decisive factor. We now have a cost-of-living crisis, and the cost of the premium is the first, second and third priority. I shall research, as always, via my usual comparison site and if a premium is cheaper elsewhere for the same cover, well, "You are the weakest link: goodbye". I've had the impression with previous comparisons that pet, car and house insurances at renewal take little, if any, account of what the competition is offering. Good as Pet Emprorium are, research is the name of the game in these inflationary times. Good, yes; but good enough? My comparison site will be the judge. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Great customer service and product variety

The Insurance Emporium have fantastic customer service. Every time I call the call is answered promptly with an agent who is always happy to help. On every renewal I am presented with multiple cover options that are relevant to my dog and I always get a favourable rate. Great company for pet insurance!

So reassuring to have my 3 year old Cavapoo insured with this excellent highly rated company. I was recommended to them by a friend.
