Excellent service

Unfortunately our two year old Clumber Spaniel Labrador has knee displacia and osteoarthritis and consequently underwent lots of tests and finally successful surgery. Fortunately he’s insured with Insurance Emporium and they have been efficient and prompt with our claims. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Excellent Service

I find Insurance Emporium to be an excellent pet insurance provider, compared to others I have used in the past. Always friendly and polite over the phone and the online portal is very easy to use. Great customer service and competitive rates.

I have been with The Insurance Emporium for about 18 months, but wish I had found them earlier! The customer service is excellent and the people I have spoken to have been personable, polite, caring and efficient.
