It a time when I was very stressed and upset following major surgery on one of my cats, all of the staff I spoke to were very considerate, considerate and understanding. I have had the misfortune of having two dogs who were ill and needing treatment, IE were reassuring and clear in what I had to do to make a claim and were prompt in payment. This helped reduce our stress levels at such a difficult time. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

A superb pet insurance company

I have been with the Insurance Emporium for several years now and they provided cover for my current dog and previous dog. Their prices are fair, policies very clear and I have had to make claims on 3 separate occasions which were handled quickly and efficiently. Great service - friendly & easy to deal with

Had a poorly puppy and they very quickly helped us sort out getting it to hospital & the paid the vets bill ..you ideally never want to talk to insurers but they made the whole process painless.!! Not worried about the puppy anymore Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
