Unfortunately Leo has been a bit accident-prone needing two operations as well as having developed a chronic heart condition. I am thankful that The Insurance Imporium has been there for us and Leo settling claims in a friendly and timely manner. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

My dog was very ill with pancreatitis and heart failure but The Insurance Emporium gave us so much advice and help when things were so upsetting. Our dog fully recovered with their help after many diagnostic tests, hospital stay and heart treatment. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

First class pet insurance

Have recommended this pet insurance to friends and relatives , always very prompt in replying, and paying, will continue to use them ,with the price of vets fees you just don't know when you need a safety net like pet emporium. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Staff friendly and helpful!

Both my Dog and Cat are insured with The Insurance Emporium. I have never had a problem making a claim and they are always prompt when paying our Vet.
