No quibble payout

My cat Jasper was taken seriously ill in July. Treatment was expensive but the Insurance Emporium paid out quickly and fairly with the least possible fuss. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

My experience

So easy to take out insurance for my then puppy. Unfortunately I had to put a claim in for my dog when he was poorly & Pet Emporium settled my claim promptly. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

Heard bad things

I bought an off track tb. Just about to bring him back to work and he showed up lame. I’d been warned not to use insurance emporium but at the time they were the cheapest. After only being insured for 4 weeks they were hit with arthritis claims in neck, hocks and SI. I can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with mainly because I haven’t had to deal with them. They have worked with the vet and sorted everything. Excellent insurance cover provider

I have both of my dogs insured with The Insurance Emporium and made several claims over the years. The claims are paid quickly and the cover levels and policy type meet my needs. When comparing cover and premiums across all providers, IE were the best for value & cover level. I have had my dogs insured with cheaper companies and would have had them insured from puppy stage if I could have my time again. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
