Fantastic company

Dealt with my claim

Had to claim for the loss of our kitten who was hit by a car. Unfortunately resulting in her death. On my first call i was told I would need to take her body to the vets as proof. This I felt insensitive but understood..I called the vets they said there was no need although we did take her to be cremated. Other than this my claim was sent off by the vet and paid in full within a couple of wks. Reviewed on: 8th September 2021

Value for money & fantastic service

Sadly one of our dogs have been diagnosed with a terminal cancer, so we have had to make claim. From the moment I contacted The Insurance Emporium they were nothing but helpful, they took the time to look into things for me and nothing I asked was too much.
