The most work I had to do was print off a claim form!!

The most work I had to do was print off a claim form!! My vets and The Insurance Emporium dealt with the lot for me, so grateful for the ease of my first pet insurance claim, thank you everyone. Reviewed on: 5th September 2021

After initial admin issue, claim was swiftly settled

After discovering an administration error with the processing of my claim, a very nice gentleman resolved the issue and dealt with the claim without delay. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

Unhelpful

The initial claim was easy to print off give to the vet to fill in and send off. I didn’t realise they don’t pay the full amount of a hospitalisation, even just one night, only a percentage. My claim still hasn’t been settled because the vet sent the invoice and documents requested in an emailed file that was not compatible. No one told us this until the vet had to chase up the claim on my behalf twice. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Great Value Pet Insurance

I recently had to make a claim after one of my cats became unwell which led to a large unexpected bill. Everything was easily completed online and The Insurance Emporium dealt with the claim quickly. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Excellent insurance especially for older pets

Great customer service

I always think the best test of a company is when you have problems. I had a problem when renewing my insurance due to a change of banks and unfortunately my cat was in the middle of treatment with my vet.
