Straight Forward simple claim procccess

After a very stressful time with a horse injury which resulted in an unexpected vet bill the Insurance Emporium helped considerably with an easy to make a claim procedure along with a speedy payment to my vets. Staff answered my calls quickly and were very helpful. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

Very unhelpful

Help was very slow in coming and when they sent an email to the wrong address they sent a very abrupt letter blaming me dog nor replying. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

Very efficient and helpful on claims

Easy to deal with

Excellent

Unfortunately after a stressful house move for the whole family we had to claim for the pony coming down with laminitis and the dog having urine problems, cannot fault the service we received. Excellent communication all through. The previous year our other dog jumped off the table resulting in spinal surgery in an emergency. Again faultless service in an already very upsetting situation. Have recommended to all our family and friends with pets and we will be staying for years to come if they’ll have us! Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

No quibbles Pet Insurance

We have shopped around and found The Insurance Emporium offers good cover for our dogs with reasonable premiums. Having made a few claims through then we have found them to respond quickly and efficiently without attempting to wiggle out on some technicality which we have experienced with other pet insurance companies. Pet insurance.

The company stated they aimed to resolve the claim within 5-7 working days. However this just just over a month. I had to chase up several times to see what was going on. All staff were polite. Reviewed on: 16th August 2021
