Claim quickly processed by Emporium despite delays by my vets which I thought could cause issues with insurer, called to discuss future claims and the people I spoke to were helpful and answered my call quickly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

New to pet insurance

As a first time pet owner I have no experience of pet claims and processes. Unfortunately within the first few months of life our puppy was very poorly needing both emergency treatment and care from our vet. Amazing service

I had to make a claim as my dog had to have a small growth removed from her head near her ear. I expected to have to fight to get some money back but no, they were very friendly and very helpful all I needed to do was give some information and they did the rest. They even phoned me to tell me that the claim had been settled and the money was back in my Account. FABULOUS. Reviewed on: 30th July 2021

Easy claim process

Staff were very helpful when we had to make a claim for our retired racing greyhound. We didn't know her previous vet's details and the adoption papers are in my partner's name. I was clearly advised as to what supporting documents were needed to process our claim which was then processed quickly. Reviewed on: 30th July 2021
