Very caring company

Had a somewhat minor claim and nearly did not bother claiming for the cost of what I would get back after I paid the excess, but was contacted by The Insurance Imporium to say they had received my claim and the claim would be paid within a few days, great caring service, lovely lady who rang me, couldn't of been better.
