Great service and low cost.

I have been using Pet Emporium now for 2 years. Thankfully I have never had to use them for an emergency. The premiums are lower compared to other insurance companies, which is a plus. Whenever I have telephoned or emailed, the staff have always been friendly and helpful and queries are dealt with quickly. I don’t think I could recommend them enough. In the nick of time.

Soon after taking out my policy my dog became in explicably paralysed. She was youngish and had no accidents. She spent days on a drip and was prepped for euthanasia. The vet hesitated and with emporium saying they would honour her cover she was referred to a specialist. 3 days later she began to show signs of movement. MRI and blood tests ensued. She spent a month recovering. She is now healthy and happy 2 years on. Without emporium she would have been gone. Reviewed on: 1st September 2020
