Stress free claim

Unfortunately I had to make a claim as my dog injured her leg, however the insurance emporium made the whole claim process stress free. They worked with the vets directly so I was not involved and paid the vets directly so there was no need to worry about paying big vet bills. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2020

No quibble Company - a total pleasure to deal with!

Our 10 year old Westie Dexter developed a chest / breathing problem. The Vet gave him numerous tests and prescribed short-term medication to treat the issue. Making a claim with The Insurance Emporium was sooo easy and the whole process was pain free and very fast! I can't rate them highly enough! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2020

Probably no worse than the rest

My dog ate a bone a year ago and swallowed it she was ill for a few days, but in the end no intervention was required, despite the fact the vet kept her in and X-rayed her for £700. Nothing wrong. After this I got insurance. After a year they excluded gastric problems which is stupid. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2020

Straight forward claim

I had recently taken an insurance policy out with the insurance emporium as their premium was very reasonable and covered more than what some of the other insurance companies were offering was a bit worried it was too good to be true. I had to make a veterinary bill claim and it honestly could not have been more straight forward, received acknowledgment email of my claims form then a week later the claim had been completed and money transferred. Good value and comprehensive pet insurance
