Not great value for Pet Insurance

I recently submitted a claim for treatment of our pet and the claim was handled well but a mistake was made paying the money to our bank account and I had to chase them for payment; it was then received a week later. It was a very high excess (£115 + 5% of vet's fees) so I'll be looking for something better next time. Reviewed on: 7th September 2020

Great phone service

Instant payout for vet fees with no quibbles

My cat was extremely ill & required an operation & ongoing treatment. They paid the vet instantly with no quibbles & when he sadly passed away paid his death benefit to me, again immediately with no quibbles. Good value and easy to deal with

I’ve twice had to claim on Mike had insurance and the process has been very straightforward and I’ve twice had to claim on my card insurance and the process has been very straightforward and easy. This is an honest company that doesn’t increase the price dramatically every year when it comes to renewing.
