Really easy to deal with Insurer

Had to deal with 2 claims as our Border Collie ruptured his cruciate and then broke his hip. They dealt with both speedily and paid out quickly. I have recommended to other pet owners who have Had problems with the more well known pet insurers Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Hassle free claims and refunds

only been a customer for 2 months when our pet fell ill. everything can be done online and our claim was processed within weeks. just be careful about the extra percentage added to the excess - i understand most companies are doing this so make sure the % is right for you as you could end up paying more than you thought especially if the claim is large. Value for Money & GREAT Service

Unfortunately last year my dog fell ill just before Christmas and needed emergency ops. Submitting a claim with Insurance Emporium was quick and easy and I could focus my attention on what mattered most. Reviewed on: 8th September 2020

Refreshingly honest and human insurance company - no really!

These guys are great. I can't recommend them highly enough, in fact I have never come across such an honest and decent company for a very long time. They are true to Yorkshire values and speak to you like you are actually valued. From the first conversation to now, I am actually proud to be a customer, and for a Yorkshire man spending money that's a big statement. I took out 3 pet policies and I had to make a claim in the first month, this company didn't do what I expected and say no, I couldn't have cover, they actually said yes. My dog developed an abscess in his neck that shot up and made breathing hard, but after the £880 operation I was relieved The Insurance Emporium were everything I believed them to be, they paid up on the terms of the insurance and that's made me hope I will be with them for life. Not great value for Pet Insurance

I recently submitted a claim for treatment of our pet and the claim was handled well but a mistake was made paying the money to our bank account and I had to chase them for payment; it was then received a week later. It was a very high excess (£115 + 5% of vet's fees) so I'll be looking for something better next time. Reviewed on: 7th September 2020
