When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Helped us when our cat was poorly.

It’s a very worrying time when your pet is unwell, you worry that the insurance that you pay in good faith is not going to pay out. Our claim was dealt with so quickly we were very grateful, all paid with a full explanation. Also must add whenever I have spoken to a team member on the phone they have been very helpful. Easy and straightforward

Insurance emporium were easy to sign up with, no hidden extras! You tailor your insurance policy to your needs without being sold things you don’t need- not every animal is the same and they understand this. I get regular updates with relevant information. All the information you need is easy to find, will be renewing with them next year as I have found them much easier to deal with than all other big name providers who I have found to have hidden catches and have been caught out by them before Reviewed on: 30th August 2020

Excellent Pet Insurance

My whippet had a suspected spinal problem and needed to be referred to a specialist vet for a CT scan. Insurance Emporium dealt with the claim direct and settled it promptly. So glad we chose them. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 30th August 2020

Excellent trouble free service

Upon us getting Milo, a dachshund pup, it became apparent after a few months he had problems walking on his front legs. To say we where devastated was an understatement. Our vets could not help so we where reffed to Liverpool small animals hospital where it was found he had elbow displaysea and needed a major operation on his legs. He was so bad we thought we would lose him. But the operation was a complete success and now he is a fit happy and healthy dog. This would not have been the case where it not for our insurance company insurance emporium who never through out Milo’s treatment never let us down. All bills paid quickly and without fuss. This company is by far the friendliest, helpful and efficient that I have had the pleasure to deal with. When you are worried about a pet being ill the last thing you need is complications dealing with a claim. They were so professional and made it so easy for me to claim. Great insurance at a great price

Helped get my puppy back up and running.

We had the misfortune to have one of our pups hit by a large vehicle after he ran after a hare and somehow got through a hedgerow and onto a roadway. He suffered both external and internal injuries and was in a terrible state. Having such a good insurance cover allowed us to concentrate on him rather than have the additional stress of how we could possibly pay for the amount of work he required. Without the Insurance Emporium cover we would undoubtedly have had to use the monies set aside for our wedding to pay for his treatment and aftercare. The service given was exceptional and all we had to do was sign paperwork and let the claims team and our vets get on with it. We’re pleased to say our boy has made a stunning recovery and, aside from scarring and an occasional limp, you wouldn’t even know what he had gone through.
