Incredibly fast and efficient service

The Insurance Emporium were so kind, caring and efficient when I was dealing them for my little cat who had been diagnosed with cancer, and then sadly passed away. They paid out immediately and were very sincere when discussing the diagnosis and then the loss of my cat. Smooth claim.

I had to make my 1st claim on my insurance for my dog, it was extremely straight forward and I was kept informed throughout the process. Money was paid back to me exactly when they said it would. Good customer service too. Thank you. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020
