Fast, Efficient and Courteous Claims Process

We took out pet insurance last year with the Insurance Emporium never expecting that we have to claim as our dog is fit and healthy. A small wound subsequently became infected and inflammed and has required several visits to the vet. The Insurance Emporium dealt with our claim incredibly quickly and has not caused any extra anxiety which we are aware other insurance companies can cause. Thank you. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Great customer service

When one of my cats went missing, I contacted the insurance company to discuss how best to handle it. I was advised - by an extremely compassionate call handler what my options were. If you're ever in need to contact an insurance company, regardless of the situation, you need to be met with an understanding, compassionate individual. Top marks to The Insurance Emporium!
