No quibble, fast payment of claims

I switched to Insurance Emporium after 9 years of extortionate Kennel Club insurance fees. In the first year of cover two of my three labradors had medical issues, one eye related and the other epilepsy. Even though I had only been with Emporium for less than a year, they covered the fees for both of my labradors at a Specialist Veterinary Hospital. I was extremely impressed by their sympathetic, no quibble attitude and efficient administration of the claims. Well done Emporium 10 out of 10 for service and attitude. You are the best! The claims process was a great experience at such a difficult time

Really helpful staff that took the time to explain the claims process to me in detail, and it all went through the vets directly. My 1 year old cat had broken his hip and we wouldn’t have been able to afford the surgery during these times without this insurance. The claims process was easy and paid out promptly. We have upped the insurance from bronze to gold to ensure we are fully covered in the future as the surgery was more expensive than we had expected and again this was an easy process without any increase to our premium despite us having made a claim. The staff are well trained and based in a uk call centre and I have already recommended this provider to family and friends. It has given us the peace of mind we need to know our cat is protected . Helpful, Efficient, Honest, Kind and Caring

The Insurance Emporium have provided my pet insurance for 3 years and they have routinely offered a 5 star service. The 5 stars cover the usual efficiency, standard of service, etc, all of which is excellent, but what it does not show is just how caring they were at a very difficult time. I would highly recommend.
