Great claims experience

Obviously last thing you want to do with equine insurance is make a claim as it means your beloved horse has an issue. However when you do it really helps when the process is dealt with promptly smoothly and efficiently. Emergency surgery for my dog

Exceptional value and service

Having a seriously ill pet is incredibly stressful and upsetting and also can be very expensive! From my initial call to Insurance Emporium for advice until my claim payment was received was so smooth. The advisors are so helpful and empathetic and explain everything clearly and concisely. Payment was very prompt. They made a very difficult time a little easier by not having to worry about my insurance claim.
