Amazing and really helpful!

My dog has not been very well and has had cruciate ligament surgery. The Insurance Emporium dealt with the vets direct, made the process of claiming very easy and send payment within a few days of receiving the claim form. No hassle and no stress! Straightforward claim, paid quickly and efficiently.

Hassle free and easy

Over complicated deductions.

Company looks to deduct as much as possible on each invoice even though the claim is for one medical problem, do not deal with, go to Pet Plan. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Slow with very little communication unless I did the contacting.

I submitted a claim on the 27 th july and on the 13th August I still hadn't heard if my claim was valid. By this time i had paid out 2500 . It was only after phoning on the 13th that anything happened. I finally got paid out on the 28th August... Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Prompt service at a good price

I had insured my new puppy and sadly, had to call on expert intervention when a water infection attacked the discs in Blossom’s spine. Once all the facts were established (all were ‘complicated’ by the virus lockdown with travel & work restrictions ) the respective payments were made. My only disappointment (hence only 4 out of 5 stars) was that not only did I have to pay an excess and a percentage of the total, but there were also limits on daily hospital stays and consultation fees. Fair and fast

The Insurance Emporium offers a fantastic level of cover for our dogs. Their customer service is excellent; ringing them to talk things through is not a problem and their communication with you when you put through a claim is quick and thorough. They explain any issues clearly, such as letting you know about health issues they can't cover. Overall they are very transparent and a pleasure to deal with. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
