After a difficult start to our customer/insurance provider relationship, I have been enthused by The Insurance Emporium’s response to a complaint made by myself. They listened, took on board my concerns and resolved my issue in a professional manner. All of us never get everything right, but when we communicate and work out solutions, this gets the best out of people. Thank you for doing all those things Insurance Emporium... Quick response to Pet Insurance Claim

After Milo, 10-month old puppy's Veterinary treatment for lameness in back leg and submitting the claim to Emporium, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation of a successful claim in just a few days. Very quick, professional and friendly

I have been insured with Pet Emporium for the last 3 years. The website portal is easy to use, price is very competitive, and staff are handy when you need to speak to someone. In the last 3 years, I had never had to claim, however this year, I needed to due to an accident. The Help desker help was super nice, empathic, and needed knew how to handle my query. Very Pleased

I am very pleased with the insurance Emporium. I was very worried when my dog needed help but with this insurance all my worries went away. Keeping me up to date with the process which is important to me. So thank you. I have 2 dogs and 1 horse insured with Emporium and I would definitely recommend this insurnace to anyone!
