Quick and fuss free claim

Our pup Ted had a severe infection in his tail, which had been missed by our regular vet. It involved a second opinion from another vet, who saw him at the end of a working day; they managed to stabilise him but he needed monitoring overnight in another 24 hr Pet hospital with surgery carried out the next day. Both claims totalled £2000+. Separate claims were made, via a simple form and both paid within 10 days without a single query or objection. Outstanding service and process. No fuss, really quick turn around of my claim

My Weimaraner had an accident injuring the inside of his mouth badly, I filled in the Claims forms and took them with me when I went to Get him treated. I had my claim paid with 2 weeks Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Excellent service

I have both my dogs insured with yourselves. Our older dog has been on prescribed medication for a couple of years and our younger dog needed to have as tumour removed. All claims have been settled immediately and without question. Excellent Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Wouldve had a mental breakdown without them

My pony fell ill very quickly and had a very large vet bill over the course of 3 days. Being only 21 yrs old in a minimum wage job it would've been near to impossible for me to pay the money to the vet upfront. The insurance emporium kept me updated the entire time and broke down everything nice and easy. 5 months after Crackers illness I have one very happy healthy pony and one happy bank account.
