The best friend a dog could ever have!

Well what can I say other than what an amazing experience with Emporium we've had. They have never let either one of my Boxers down when they needed them, they have shown us nothing less than loyalty and commitment throughout all the traumas we've been through and this is why Emporium are my dogs best friend! Hassle free claim

I've never claimed for any of my pets as I had always just assumed insurance companies would make it as difficult as possible in an attempt to try and put you off the idea. The Insurance Emporium however made the whole process as simple and straightforward as possible. I am absolutely delighted with the very professional, caring and efficient service. Easy from start to finish

My cat sadly fractured her leg in two places and as you can imagine I was landed with a hefty vets bill. The Insurance Emporium were very helpful and the whole claiming process was seemless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st August 2020

Pet Cat - Boo Bear

I was able to talk to people who guided me through the process with the insurer for the most part, corresponding directly with my Vet which I found very helpful. As Boos complaint is ongoing I’m glad I’ve got the correct level of cover for both my cats, again this is due to talking and the advice given when taking out the policy Reviewed on: 21st August 2020

Excellent service received

I have 2 dogs and both are insured with Emporium. Unfortunately over the last 2 years I have had cause to claim on both policies. Emporium have handled both claims excellent. I have been two years now with this company and I have every confidence in them.

Best Per insurance every used

After having different pet insurers for the last 20 years this is the best I have ever had to deal with. Even during the pandemic they acted on our claim within 48 hours and just over a week later funds were heading into my account. My vet sent in the form I had no probing questions from the insurer and there were no issues at all. I have had a terrible experience before with another insurer with my other dog appallingly they tried to use complicated terminology to trick me into saying the wrong thing so they didn’t need to pay out and my vet had to take over and put them straight. I would highly recommend the insurance emporium and actually already have.! Thank you for treating me and my dog with compassion and not adding to our stress nothing worse than having a poorly dog and a difficult insurer as I had before so again thank you. Quick and efficient

I had an excellent experience when making a claim for my cat. I was contacted by email as soon as they had received the claim form from the vets. Within just 5 days I had another email telling me that the claim was complete and the money in its way to my bank. The amount was what I was expecting so there were no nasty surprises in the terms and conditions, which I have experienced with other companies. The whole thing went so quickly and smoothly. Sadly my cat passed away and I received an email offering their condolences and telling me that my policy was automatically cancelled so I didn't have to worry about sorting that out.
