the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Good value policies. Friendly and efficient service.

Horse insurance and security

Good and inexpensive

Good cover, reasonable price

The site was easy to use. It was the best price I could get for my older dog (11.5yrs) and my younger one (5 yrs), saving me around £30 on my previous insurance renewal amount. Cover better than previous policy as well Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

You get the best levels of cover for a very competitive price

Fortunately I haven't had to claim yet. But I chose Emporium based on reviews and the type of cover on offer and what is included. I found this policy gives me confidence and reassurance my Tomas is covered for all his needs. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Complete peace of mind

I’ve had 2 horses and my dog insured with Insurance Emporium and can’t recommend them highly enough. Very sadly I have had to claim on both horses policies. The lovely friendly staff made the stress of having very sick horses so much easier to have to deal with. Claims have been paid with no quibbles meaning my precious horses had the treatment they desperately needed but I’d not have been able to afford myself. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Helpful

The Insurance Emporium offer a good range of covers. As we have 4 cats this was very helpful. One was very dadly injured, and the IE were extremely helpful and supportive. No red tape, and easy to deal with. Luckily the little chap has done well after major surgery. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

amazing service

We insured our dog, a Hungarian Vizsle with Emporium. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were making enquiry about which insurance to choose. Then in January our dog had an accident and Emporium had supported us throughout and had processed our climb very quickly. I highly recommend them to any new potential customer.
