value for money and no stress

we had been struggling to find affordable insurance for our 13 year old cavalier king charles but found the insurance emporium and have not looked back.We recently had to make a claim and it was handled with speed and efficiency.I have had to make 3 phone calls in the last year and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful.I would recommend the company to anyone looking for pet insurance that is affordable and offers value for money Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Excellent communication, friendly staff and fast payments made

My 7 year old dog Buddy was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. He had an operation and 6 courses of chemotherapy and he is now thankfully in remission. During this very upsetting and stressful time The Insurance Emporium supported me all the way. No query was too silly, they were compassionate and helpful. Excellent Value and no quibbles when we had to claim

We have just renewed our insurance for our Labrador Retriever with the Pet Emporium. Not only was the premium very competitive but last year we had an accident which necessitated emergency treatment at a Bank Holiday weekend. The online claim process was easy and the claim settled quickly and efficiently without a trauma! Therefore we had no hesitation to renew with Pet Emporium for a further year. Fair and comprehensive
