Great pet insurance company & very customer focused

Our pet cat Oscar has insurance with the insurance emporium & we are safe in the knowledge that should we ever have an occasion whereby our beloved pet takes ill we are fully covered. Great company & I would highly recommend to anyone with a pet. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good service and efficient

Always had good, helpful service.

Fantastic service

Made a claim with my insurers, have used differed insurers previously and had a hard time getting a claim paid. But the insurance emporium made it so easy, claim for is accessible, they responded swiftly and had good timelines, and paid out within only a week of sending the documents. It made the whole situation much less stressful and I would absolutely (and do) recommend them to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quick and easy claim process

I had to claim on my pet insurance. The first time I’ve ever had to do it. The whole process was done very efficiently and my claim was paid quickly. I have re-insured since as the customer service is excellent. Premium competitive too. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020
