When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Best horse insurance!

I found Insurance Emporium to be easy communicators with a simple website, enabling specific areas of cover to be selected, fairly priced premiums and excellent to deal with in the unfortunate event of a claim. Nothing but praise for their horse insurance! Reviewed on: 1st August 2020

Absolutely flawless experience claiming

Chose insurance emporium based on the reviews to insure my new puppy. When he got himself into trouble and we needed to claim, insurance emporium made it as easy as possible, and so quick. Excellent cover and value for money

Quick and easy

Website is super easy to use for purchasing horse insurance and what makes it even better is you can choose what you want to add to the basic policy. Cheapest provider I’ve ever found and yet still the customer service is top quality and they always pay out. Just brilliant. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020

Excellent service

My recent claim for my Springer Spaniel was hassle free. The money was received relatively quickly after the vet submitted the form. Unfortunately we had to submit a second claim for the same incident. Thankfully this was quickly dealt with. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020

Excellent service with understanding and helpful staff

When I received my renewals which had increased along with most insurers I did check the premium and arrived at a different quote with the Insurance Emporium so I rang to query this. After a lot of investigation we arrived at the difference with a full explanation and nothing was too much trouble..
