Excellent customer support

Having only started the insurance this year for my new horse they were extremely helpful when working out which cover i would need. Sadly then had to claim due to my horse experiencing stomach ulcers & again the claims team were extremely helpful & efficient. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Such a great experience for my second cat Kitty who I have adopted from a family member. My old cat Toby is insured with another provider who charge us great amounts. At Insurance Emporium, I was able to afford the Gold service and pay for the annual fee up front rather than pay monthly! superb value for money and a pleasure to deal with! Prompt payment for claim

I had to claim a month into the policy when our rescue cat was attacked by the neighbour’s cat resulting in an abscess. Simple process of completing the form and prompt payment. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
