When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

A lot of cover for very little money.

I had been looking around for an affordable pet insurer and a lot of companies were a bit dearer for not as much cover. But the insurance Emporium gave a lot of cover for very little money per month. I only wished you would be able to insure my tortoise too. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Good experience - room for improvement

Quick and easy payments received after claims. Money sent straight to vet. Only bad point is I would like to see some standard parts of policies as options, like Kennel boarding, travel costs, hospitalisation, etc, as some of us don't need this as we have families who would look after our pets.
