Good experience - room for improvement

Quick and easy payments received after claims. Money sent straight to vet. Only bad point is I would like to see some standard parts of policies as options, like Kennel boarding, travel costs, hospitalisation, etc, as some of us don't need this as we have families who would look after our pets. This would help keep montly costs down send make policies a bit more affordable. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Efficiency when it is really needed

We were recommended pet emporium By a friend and when Charlie had problems with his leg I was a little worried as it was only our first year with the company.
