the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great response regarding Pug surgery claim.

Our little Pug had to have surgery and we decided we'd claim for the cost (having foregone claiming for other issues before). The procedure was done, forms got filled, I left them with the vet who processed their part and sent them on to 'Emporium'. A few days later, without any fuss whatsoever, we received notification that payment was being made and expect it in our account . Quick,...easy, .....no fuss ! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2020

Fantastic Insurers

This is the only time I’ve ever had to make an insurance claim and sadly it was because my best friend (my dog) was really poorly. Insurance Emporium were amazing and made the whole thing so straight forward meaning I could concentrate on my dog. Safety net for accident-prone cat!

Franky not well

When Frank was felling unwell at the beginning of the year I phoned emporieom up and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Simple process to claim, clearly set out.

Horse had an external injury on hock

Super support at a difficult time

Quick, hassle free, excellent service.
