Great Fixed Interest Rate platform could be improved

JN Bank offers a great Fixed Interest Product. Their online platform though could use with alot of improvement. Though for a Fixed Interest account it doesn't really matter as one wouldn't really need to access the account regularly but the platform does negatively affect the overall experience. Good customer service and amazing interest rates!

JN bank offered me a renewal interest rate of 4.5% fixed for 2 years, at a time when most banks were offering only a fraction of that. They also communicate clearly and are responsive to customer queries. One of the best.. Thank you for your unbeatable service. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023
