Great banking experience

I have been with many banks before typical high street banks however tide is different. It’s more modern and the customer service is much better. All the things that can be done at a high street bank can be done here too. Always very helpful the staff. I’m one of the customers who left tide but came back again due to the simplicity of everyday banking. Overall it’s a lovely bank. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

No grumpy cashiers in sight

Tide banking is brilliant, not just saying this for a chance to win £1000 I really mean it, I’ve had/got multiple online apps (banking) and tide is the best by far, always helpful through the online chat and don’t have you waiting days for a reply. The only thing I can say it there should be more help for new limited companies financially even if it’s a small start up loan that will really draw more customers to the online app. But other then that happy days Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
